Ilo & Okoli is the result of the merger in January 2002 of two corporate/commercial law firms with both national and international presence with major base in Lagos, Nigeria. The Firm provides a one-stop shop for a comprehensive range of legal services, especially those of a commercial nature. More specifically, the Firm's practice areas include general civil litigation, oil and gas, maritime, foreign investment, corporate finance, secured credits and banking, intellectual property, real property and arbitration. The Firm can also be engaged, as it has been in the past, to make representations to the government and its agencies on behalf of individuals, corporations and interest groups.
